Welcome to the F2N Fortune Marketing Drop shipping, and e-commerce platform. By accessing our website, registering as a distributor, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General Provisions
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or register as a distributor.
• Modification: F2N Fortune Marketing reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
• Accuracy of Information: We strive for accuracy, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or health claims are error-free. Information is for educational purposes and not a substitute for professional medical advice.
2. For Customers (Retail & Online)
• Orders & Payment: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments must be made through our authorized gateways (e.g., GCash, Credit Card, Bank Transfer).
• Shipping & Delivery: We aim to fulfill orders within [10] business days (Nationwide). Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
• Return & Refund Policy:
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for factory defects or incorrect items only.
• Products must be unopened and in original packaging.
• Perishable items (opened bottles/sachets) are non-refundable for safety and hygiene reasons.
3. For Distributors (The "Distributor Agreement")
As an authorized distributor of F2N Fortune Marketing products, you agree to the following:
• Authorized Channels: You may only sell products through approved channels. Selling on unauthorized third-party marketplaces (e.g., Lazada/Shopee) below the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) is strictly prohibited and may lead to account termination.
• Marketing & Claims: You shall not make exaggerated health claims. Use only company-provided marketing materials.
• Inventory & Storage: Distributors must store products in a cool, dry place as per FDA guidelines to maintain product integrity.
• Independence: Distributors are independent contractors, not employees. You are responsible for your own taxes and business permits.
4. Dropshipping & E-Commerce Operations
• Order Fulfillment: F2N Fortune Marketing handles the logistics for drop-shipping orders. However, the distributor is responsible for providing accurate customer data.
• Service Fees: Any platform fees or "System Fees" for using the e-commerce dashboard are non-refundable.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials for the F2N Fortune Marketing e-commerce system.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including the F2N logo, "Theobroma" branding, and website layout, is the exclusive property of F2N Fortune Marketing. Unauthorized reproduction or use of these assets for non-company-approved ventures is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
F2N Fortune Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the failure of the e-commerce platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Quezon City.
