3. Product Sales & E-Commerce

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. For distributors, the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) must be strictly followed to maintain fair market competition.

• Orders: All orders placed through the system are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

• Dropshipping: F2N acts as the fulfillment partner. Distributors are responsible for ensuring customer details are accurate. F2N is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect address data provided by the distributor.

4. Distributor Conduct & Responsibilities

• Independent Status: Distributors are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or agents of F2N Fortune Marketing.

• Health Claims: Distributors must NOT make medicinal or "curative" claims regarding F2N Theobroma products. You must use only approved marketing materials.

• Anti-Spam: Unauthorized or "spam" marketing of F2N products on social media or via email is strictly prohibited.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

• Shipping: Delivery timelines are estimates. F2N is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or natural disasters.

• Returns: Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective goods within [7] days of receipt. Products must be in their original, unopened packaging.

• Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or the user’s system wallet within [10-15] business days.
